Program, which sets performance standards for all
our installers.
We see to it that our installers are certified
because we realize that the accuracy, consistency,
and reliability of furniture installations are only
as good as the people who complete them. Our Installation
Certification Program is also a means for ensuring
consistent, high-quality practices and procedures
among all certified dealers. |

Certification
is a requirement |
Installation Certification is a requirement that Herman
Miller dealers must meet to be members of the Herman
Miller Certified Dealer Network.
The first step of the Installation Certification
process begins with the Herman Miller dealer, who
determines what it must do to meet Installation
Certification requirements. The dealer must also
create a documented system for assessing and training
all its installers.
Next, each individual installer must complete the
required series of training programs or demonstrate
a thorough knowledge of installation practices to
be recognized as a Herman Miller Certified Installer.
An annual re-evaluation of the dealership and its
individual installers ensures that all certified
dealers continue to provide the highest quality
installation services. |

Individuals who have completed the required installation training are recognized
as qualified Herman Miller Certified Installers and carry validation of their
certification. All subcontracted installers who perform work for our certified
dealers are subject to the same rating system and performance expectations. |
